Hello,
We have recently added more RAM to some of our computers. However, the agent does not report the increase in RAM on some of the computers. We predominantly use Dell computers.
Some of the computers have the agent v 6.5.08 and some others have 7.0.04 and a few have 7.0.05. I have upgraded some of the older agents to the latest, but that has had no effect. However, the agent will report any software updates or recently installed programs. I am perplexed as to why computers will not report the new amount of memory, even though Windows and the BIOS displays the memory correctly.
I have tried upgrading the agent, clicking the SysAid icon on the desktop, issue the update assets feature from the SysAid Server, and re-booting the computer in order for it to update.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Hi pdlp,
Please go to one of the problematic assets RC tab and check if the asset is reporting.
You can also check the "last update time".
You can also use in Asset Management > Network Discovery > Update Asset data.

I verified that the Agent is reporting. It is submitting updates such as windows patches/updates, and software that has been recently installed. However, some of the machines are not reporting the correct amount of memory.
