Hi Itay,
I have installed it on my BB Bold 9650 no issues with it so far. The only thing that I would like to see on both the iPhone and the BB app, would be the option to email from within the app.
Thanks,
Alex

Excellent!
Installed with no issue on my 9700, but having trouble getting it to talk to the Sysaid server. AFAIK (I'm no blackberry expert) our blackberry phones are connecting through the BES, so the Sysaid server should be accessible as it's on the same LAN. We are running a trial of Sysaid v7.0.04 Enterprise Edition
Tried all different combinations of addresses, like
https://sysaid.domain.com - Login error - HTTP connection status is 400: Bad Request
http://sysaid.domain.com - Login error - the Sysaid server you are connecting to must be 7.0 or higher
https://sysaid.domain.com:8080 - Login error - Failed to get data from server: null
http://sysaid.domain.com:8080 - HTTP connection status is 401: Unauthorized
http://sysaid:8080 - HTTP connection status is 401: Unauthorized
https://sysaid:8080 - Login error - Failed to get data from server: null
We are using SSO on our servers, could this be the problem?

Installed it on my BlackBerry Tour with no problems. Entered my domain name with port number login credentials and login was painless. The app seems to be quick and responsive.
My only comments are that the features seem minimal. You can see SR's and tickets but that is about it. No editing, forwarding to another tech, adding notes, etc.
Will there be more in the days/weeks/months to come? How does this version compare to the iPhone app?
Thanks for a great product and exceptional tech support!

I had tried it on my BlackBerry Bold 9000. It does works the first time.
Then subsequently I could not proceed with the login.
Though password was entered, it always return the information dialog with the following message:
Enter your password.
I noticed password entered no more showing **** but the actual password and then could not proceed further.
If I blank off the password, press Enter key show * and then if click Login button it does try to login but of course it won't work because no valid password.
Looks like I have to wait for next version to try again.
Thank you.

Hi,
I've installed successfully on a Bold 9700 without problems..
The few things I've noticed are it's not saving my server location, username and password so I have to type this in every time i open the application.
When I have an SR open I cant assign the SR to a different admin group (would be a major plus).
Also when clicking on items there is no visual affirmation that the click is successful.
Apart from those few items everything worked like i would expect it too.
Cheers
Steve

Hi,
I found the location to add admin group into the sr form so that bit is working.

I get the following error when I try to install it via blackberry desktop manager: "no additional applications can be found. Your file might contain applications that already exist in the application list. are not compatible for your device, or have errors."
