I notice from the user manual the ${ActionNotification} tag.
Does this mean it is possible to send the administrators different bodied emails dependent on certain actions?
Currently the administrators get emailed the same body throughout the life cycle of a request.
If so, does anyone know what the different actions are as they don't seem to be listed in the manuals.
Cheers

Hello lwyatt
I think the actions are new, modify, closed, closedStatus (not certain on this but have taken it from the translation file)

Thanks Itay,
I think I already got as far as identifying the ${ActionNotification} tag but there is no example for how it might be used or what values are available.
In your support capacity, please would you give me examples of how particular tag might be used in a real life scenario, say for instance if I wanted to differentiate emails that are sent to administrators when a new request is submitted, compared with an existing request which has been updated.
