What lines of code do I need to remove in order to remove the "Notes" from being added to email. We use the "Notes" text box for some information that the user does not need.

you can indeed remove this

Customize
Custom Notifications
on the drop down menu
choose email body to end user on SR

and then in the notification you will probably have a section like this

#if( ${Notes} && ${Notes}!="" )
Notes: ${Notes}
#end

if you remove it that should work. Be careful not to remove extra bits as it woudl make the whole notification not work. Might bean idea before you remove to copy all the text in the section to a text document as a backup
