Hello.. thank you for the groovy software, i'm currently demo'ing it for my company and we think it good so far.
There is many test entries in the Knowledge base of which now I would like to delete so that we can begin to populate it properly.
Can anyone tell me please how to do this? Many thanks for your help.

Hi Nvisibl ,
It is very simple to remove entries from the Knowledge Base. To do so in the Knowledge Base on the top left there is icons to create, delete, export Knowledge Base and also import Knowledge Base .
