Hi all, since upgrading from our old v5.6.09 to v7.0.05, now the Main Logo we had on a https server no longer functions. I can access the logo file if I copy the line into a browser, I see the logo display. However Sysaid tells me "The main logo file cannot be found". It works if I remove the s from https - but then IE gives the annoying message that "the page contains secure and non-secure items" every time I go to display a page - and does so for ALL our users in the portal also!

What happened to being able to use https to access the main logo? It worked fine in v5.6.09!!! Or am I doing something stupid?

Hi Andrew,

Please attach screenshot of Customize > Appearance.
Please save your logo in ...\SysAidServer\root\ then go to Customize > Appearance > in the logo URL please right only the LogoName.XXX (it is case sensitive) > Save > Reload Template.

Itay,

Again your advice worked, just putting the logo in the SysaidServer\root folder and in Customize Appearance, just putting the filename with no path or http(s) worked perfectly!
