Routing to more than one user  XML

Hi

We have two network admins that run our helpdesk.
I would like to setup sysaid so that it emails both users when a new request comes in.

The only place i can see to do something like that is in the "routing" tab (Preferences -> Helpdesk)... however, this only lets me route specific tasks to just one person.. is there any way around this?

You could easily put both users in a group, and in the routing for that particular category (or all categories), you can set it to notify that group. You'll have to route the ticket to a specific person (and the group as secondary), otherwise ticket will go to unassigned category if you route soley to group.
