    Subject: Forwarded mails get lost

SysAid recently started loosing forwarded mails. Not all, but almost all. I see no apparent pattern. New mails work fine. The problem is both with mails containing an SR number and just regular forwarded mails. HELP!

Are you using MAPI for integration? Known Bug with MAPI protocol in sysaid to drop any emails that have any attachements, or integrated graphics (signatures). Had same issue at work, and have switched to IMAP for the time being. 7.5 is said to have the MAPI bug fixed.

Yes I did. I have changed to IMAP and SysAid 7.5 and it now works. Thank you
