Hi,

does somebody know how to modify the "homepage" of an admin? If I logon to our SysAid PRO Server, I always get the manager portal as first page wheres I'd rather want to start with the Admin Portal.

Any hints out there?

If you can go into your preferences you can change security so you dont have access to the Manager Portal......then i just go turn it on when i actually need it.

Hi Jim,

for your proposal - the question is - what happens more often because I do take a look in reports and so on. So having access to the manager portal without playing around with the permissions would be nice . I really hope there is an option to set the "entry page" or something like that.

At the moment, you cannot define which page you'll get directed to after login. Administrators that have the manager permission will always get the Manager Portal first.
