Hello,

I broke the asset list in SysAid 7.0.05.

I received an internal error after making a change to the asset view I created.

I typed the filter -- type = workstation

Then, it gave me an internal error and won't let me change or delete the view.

Screenshot is enclosed.

Also, I have submitted an SR as well.

If you have any ideas on how I can get the asset list back, please let me know.

Dear pdlp

In order to address this issue, please go to http://SERVER:PORT/SystemList.jsp?listViewName=DEFAULT

Note: Please replace SERVER:PORT with your SysAid Server URL and the appropriate port.

Once you are back in the DEFAULT view, please delete the corrupt view which you just created.

Thank you for the help. I was able to delete the corrupted view and get back to normal.
