Hello,

Is their any way to capture the License key for the following Adobe Products:

Dreamweaver CS4
Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard and Professional
Adobe Acrobat 8 Standard
Adobe Acrobat 7 Standard

hi Paul,

unfortunately we have resorted to using an external product to manage keys that SysAid doesn't pick up. I'd really love some way to enhance Sysaid's capacity in this regard, but in the short term something like Magical Jellybean works well for lots of products. http://www.magicaljellybean.com/keyfinder/

Right now we're struggling with a licensing issue that's gotten out of hand and I'm not yet sure how I can use SysAid to bring things back in to line, but hopefully a month from now I can give more useful.

I found a free program called LicenseCrawler that is very good at searching for Adobe License Keys among other programs.

I've submitted a feature request to try and get them to also collect Windows license keys

I am still running version 7.5.

Windows XP license keys appear, but Windows 7 license keys do not appear.
