Hi SysAid Community

Please can you tell me if its possible to add an image in the Edit news section?
I've added some html tags that seem to work in the Discription box but cannot get the image tag to work.

Dear Gazzy,

I have followed the instructions on this site http://www.w3schools.com/html/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_pulpitimage and it indeed worked the image appeared on the news page you can also try this .

This ithe HTML code I have inserted in my edit news :
<html>
<body>

<img src="http://www.w3schools.com/graphics/images/back/purple5.jpg" alt="Angry face" width="32" height="32" />

</body>
</html>

I get the same result if I paste your html code into Edit News (see attachment)

Our SysAid version is v7.0.05

I originally set my image to:

width="50" height="50"
I also tried the HTML code that you supplied width="32" height="32"

My HTML code and yours work well in an HTML file.

Hi to all,

I have the SysAid CSS Enterprise Edition (cloud)
I try to do what was wrote here and obtain this.
In the Administration portal, in the Edit News the picture i try to put appear, but when I switch to the end user portal the picture not appear.

There was a way to solve this?

I just figure it out

In the body of Edit News just write
<html>
<body>
<img src="http://www.blabla.com/ressources/logo.jpeg" alt="Name you want" width="111" height="93" /><p></p>
Add your text here.
For more information visit our
<a href="http://www.blabla.com"> Site</a>.
</body>
</html>

Just a question why this don't work if instead writing this:
...
For more information visit our
<a href="http://www.blabla.com"> Site</a>.
I write this:
...
For more information visit our
<a href="http://www.blabla.com"> www.blabla.com</a>.

So when I try to do this my image linked has a "space" inserted into the middle of the url.

http://www.aaisonline.com/images/WRCgroup.jpg shows as http://www.aaiso nline.com/images/WRCgroup.jpg on the main page.

What can I do to get rid of this phantom space?

EDIT:

here it is on the webpage: <img src="http://www.aaiso nline.com/images/WRCg roup.jpg" height="48" width="150"/>

and here is my code in edit news:
