Install the translation file by going to Preferences > Customize > Translate
Then use the upload translation file option. Does that answer your question?

Hi King,
SysAid 7.0 already has Chinese language translation file. Now you just need to enable it and apply Chinese to all admins and users.
1. To enable Chinese,
Please goto "Preference" -> "Account Defaults" and make following changes, then click on save button.
2. Apply Chinese launguage to admins and users
Please goto "Preference" -> "User Management" -> "Admin Manager" and "Enduser Manager" and make following changes, then click on save button.

Many Thanks your kindly reply I've done all configure but it only work for the first login page, after login all interface still in english form, but I will try to make it work.
Find out the problem is only admin login still in english form...

Pls go to "Perference" -> "My settings" to check the language list field whether is selected as Chinese or not.
