I recently upgraded to 7.5.03 and the end user portal (EndUserPortal.jsp) Excel export now exports to PDF instead of CSV. The export to PDF exports to PDF.
Exporting to CSV from an admin page (Helpdesk.jsp) works properly, it's only the end user portal that has the problem.
Does anyone else have this issue?

Dear Vinh,

Can you please tell us step by step what are you trying to achieve because when I go to EUP and click on view your history I see both options PDF and CSV please refer to my screenshot.

Thanks for the reply. The issue was resolved by updating the templates. Apparently, it was using an old html file,
