We’re happy to announce that the minor release of SysAid 7.5.04 is now available! The major release of SysAid 7.5 went so smoothly that there were very few issues that needed to be resolved, and in response to your helpful feedback, we’ve been quick to resolve a number of minor bugs that occurred only under certain circumstances. Yes the Online user list is back, but when I search in it I get zero results.
Does it work for you?

The search should be working on version 7.5.04. If it isn't working for you, please submit a service request with our helpdesk and we'll examine this on your individual environment.

This version has not fixed the problem with Follow-up user drop down being blank in the filter/ selection screen.

Nope doesn't work for me either, but I imagine it's probably because of our multi-domain enviroment, and that the list is broken for user details (ongoing Ticket)

The search feature on the online users page will be fixed on our next release. We have a "mini-patch" for version 7.5.05 to fix it as well, so contact our support to get it (you must first upgrade to 7.5.05).
