LOL, it seems this has become a mugged thread.
I love my job, I had the great privilege of recommending SysAid to our department and demoing it at a staff meeting.
Since then I have also demoed it to another department we work with, they watching our implementation and with any luck will join the SysAid family also. Then I will just have two more departments to convert.

I smell more merchandise, this time t-shirts with Obelix's slogans on the back and SysAid on the front, and a royalties cheque for Obelix.
Oh the merchandise and list of possible free things for users just grows and grows!
