Hi guys,
Just reinstalled SysAid from scratch before Xmas, all working, except Im trying to add an end user as an Administrator - I can see the user in the End Users list, his account is enabled etc, but I cannot turn him into an admin - when I search for him via the Turn End User Into Administrator, it give me no results.
Ideas ?

I had the issue a while ago with one Admin, had to delete them & do a fresh LDAP sync, which allowed me to create them with no problems

Dear XPD,
nicks81 is totally right: In this case please delete the users you do not find in the Select User view from Preferences > User Management > End user Manager and import them back again by clicking the refresh users from LDAP on the bottom of that page.
Please notify me if that resolved your issue
