It's something very silly but i can't work out how to change the default assigned to user,
When someone creates a new Service Call it's defaulting to the myself, but i want it to go to unassigned.

The user see's the 'Your Service Request has been received and assigned to davidirwin'

it's just that i don't want all the users ring me directly about all service calls.

I'm running version 7.5.05

Please go to Preferences -> Service Desk Settings -> Routing, and to check your routing rules.

Is there a rule that assigned all new SR to yourself?

In the 8.5 version the setting is on help desk menu
