I took SR Custom List 1 and changed it to Request Method because my boss wants to run reports based on how an SR is reported to the help desk. I have added it to the SR form (See the attached jpg)
I would like to set defaults for SRs submitted via email and those submitted via the End User Portal but I'm not sure how to to it?
So if user sends an email then set "Request Method = email"
User submits via the portal then set "Request Method = portal"
