Never mind.

I'm pointing to a different HTML folder for my custom changes and that folder did not get updated when I upgraded Sysaid to the latest version. All I had to do was take the view-service.htm file from the default HTML folder and copy it to my custom folder. Then I reloaded the templates and it works fine.
