When’s the right time to upgrade software? Whether it’s the newest OS or just some of your favorite software apps, the time always comes when there is a new release with more fine-tuned features to fit your needs. Are you someone who upgrades immediately to try and stay ahead of the game and be the first to experience an improved app, or do you play it safe and wait until a need arises? Some of us are excited about innovative advances and just cannot resist upgrading as soon as a new version is released, while others appreciate a familiar system and keep it old-school, upgrading only when their system stops running. Tell us what kind of upgrade philosophy you have and help others decide, when upgrading, if it’s better to slow down or get with the program!

It has to be when there is a business need for the added functionality.
We have so much software here, if we updated whenever one is available there would be no time to do anything else!

(Except SysAid of course, where we can't wait to try out new versions as they become available).
