Are there any restrictions when attaching a file to a knowledgebase article? Specifically, I'm trying to attach driver files to articles.
They are self-extracting zip files with the .exe extension. They range in size from 70MB to 170MB.
When I click on add attachement to upload the file it goes just fine. When it seems to be done uploading the little popup window for attachment uploading just goes blank and doesn't close. When I add the article it shows up in the list but there is no attachment with it.
