Are there any restrictions when attaching a file to a knowledgebase article? Specifically, I'm trying to attach driver files to articles.

They are self-extracting zip files with the .exe extension. They range in size from 70MB to 170MB.

When I click on add attachement to upload the file it goes just fine. When it seems to be done uploading the little popup window for attachment uploading just goes blank and doesn't close. When I add the article it shows up in the list but there is no attachment with it.

So I tried a small .exe file and it worked fine so it must be an issue with the size. Is there anything I can do about file size restrictions?

Two things.

How did I post this thread in here? Could someone move it for me please? Very sorry.

Secondly, I get the same error no matter where I try to upload the attachment. I'm thinking some kind of timeout error?
