How do I stop a particular Change Management action from issuing a SR action request in the Service Request Action menu?
Foe example in my Implementation workflow I have 4 action tabs labeled Key stage 1, Key stage 2 etc. Most of our Change Requests do not require 4 key actions to be performed and maybe only Key Stage 1 is completed, but a request action appears in the SR Action menu for each tab and the only way to clear it, is to go through and press 'complete' on the remaining tabs.
The Service Request Action screen does not allow you to delete an action.
Any ideas please?

When you submit a new change request, if you know that you only need one level of approval/implementation/etc, you can simply remove the other action items. As long as you don't remove them from the template, it won't affect other change requests.
I'm not sure what will happen with the dependencies, though... If the action item on the next workflow tab is dependend on Key stage 4 and you remove it, I'm not sure what would happen with the dependency. It's worth trying to see the results...
