Whenever I try to update the information for some assets I get an error message "Internal error." This does not occur with all assets and I have not found any correlation between the assets that it has happened with. They are enabled so I would think that I would be able to update them with no issue. I have attached a screen for good measure.

EDIT: Forgot to mention. I can hit the back button and reload the page and everything is fine. It will even save the changes that I made to the asset information.

Sounds like browser conflict with windows... when you got an error does it offer to send the error ? try peek on it to see what causing the quirks.
Ooo and check the event viewer.

Dear Obelix,

Please contact us at helpdesk@sysaid.com and we will try to remote in to your environment and see what is causing that.

Thanks Inna

It isn't the standard windows error and the browser is fine after I get the message. There is not an option to send an error report like a windows error either. I will have to check out peek, never heard of it before.

Obe you are stealing my thunder here man!

I went ahead and submitted a request.

As a side note it doesn't matter if I am logged onto the server that SysAid is on or if I access it remotely the same issue occurs. Also, browser types don't seem to effect it.
