Now, featured once again is our hero Joe the IT Guy, except in this episode you can see the mobile revolution in action as Joe is able to manage some urgent service requests from his mobile phone. Yes, even before his morning coffee, Joe doesn’t waste a moment as he takes care of business on the go.

Joe filmed his highly-acclaimed movie in Hollywood last month, and reports say that he has met other A-list IT men and formed a prestigious entourage of tough tech guys—the self proclaimed IT-Team! On a more romantic note, paparazzi have also photographed Joe sharing more than just words with longtime costar Jenny.

In spite of all the Hollywood buzz around the new film, Joe successfully balances his celebrity status with his roots as an IT system administrator. Even after Joe’s booming debut, he still works the IT night shifts at GNS. With over 5 years of loyal service to GNS, Joe stays busy saving the day - one service request at a time!
