I'm using Single Sign On, SSO, with the NTLM method. After a user changes thier Active Directory password, (Which our GPO requires is changed every 90 days) they can no longer open the Help Desk. The Sysaid IE 7 window gives a logon box. If they try too many times it will actually lock the AD account. (We have another GPO that locks the account after 4 invailid logon attempts.) So it would seem that SysAid/NTLM is trying to use the old password instead of the new one. Help!

Does this problem still occur after you click on "Refresh user list from LDAP" ??

We just started using Sysaid aswell and will surely run into this problem too (we change the password every 30th day).

I cannot believe we have to make an refresh manually!!. This will end up with a supporter needs to click this button every hour.

I may have understood this wrong.

Actually, this should not happen, and if this issue is happening more then once, we recommend you open a service request on this issue by sending an email to helpdesk@ilient.com so we can further investigate this issue.
