HELP! Simple report needed, I can't figure it out with the stock reports  XML

I simply need a report that will list all active tickets that are older than 30 days. I'm blanking when looking at the stock reports. Can anyone help me out?

You can probably do this by going to the Active Requests report and creating a custom filter where Request Time is greater than a date 30 days ago. Then you'll probably have to set the date range really wide on the regular report parameters to catch everything.

This can be done in the SR view.. However if you want it automated is when you run into issues and would likely have to create a custom report. They're not that hard if you know what you're doing..
