We're evaluating v8 of SysAid Pro and we've just realized that we can't reply to email addresses from outside of our domain.
We normally receive many emails from outside, either from staff using their home email, or non-staff. We'd like to be able to reply to these inquiries without making new SysAid users. Is this possible?

I do believe that you can send emails to external emails for a fee...

SysAid limits you to send emails only to users that exists in the User Management. However if you would like to send email to users that isn't exist in the User Management, we can provide it to you as a special project. Please open a service request at helpdesk@sysaid.com and we will provide you with more details.

Can this be done by creating a Contact in Exchange and importing the user through LDAP?

@w0lverine: If I understand what you're suggesting, that would still create a second user, which is what we're trying to avoid.

Importing a user from a LDAP will create a user in SysAid. And that user will still need a user license.
