Hello

Is there a list with the variables in frameHeader.html are available?

I will incorporate the asset into a link.

Hi Kernal

I'm sorry for the delay in my response. We do not have a document describing hot this particular file is structured. what we do have a is a document
explaining about from customization in terms of adding additional field and conditions. When it comes to customizing the way the HTML files are designed,
That depends on the client's scripting skills, and if you do not have these skills and still need to change some thing we can do it for you if it is some thing relay simple
or we will be happy to look at the option of doing it as a special project for a fee. You can open a service request at helpdesk@sysaid.com and specify your needs, and
someone will come back to you with an answer or a quote.

Best regards

$rb.getString('endUserPortal.title') is the "translate file" Text in SysAid, which is "SysAid Help Desk"

$rb.getString('[ELEMENT]') is used to retrieve a value from the Translate file.

Where [ELEMENT] is, will be the name of the field or text element within the translate file.

For more information on the Translate file and custom entries, please see the following pages in SysAid help:

1- Translate File
http://www.sysaid.com/Sysforums/templates/default/help/files/Translate.htm

2- Custom notifications in multiple languages
