Is there any way to automatically update the icon that was deployed via the agent install to clients? I need to modify the Hotkey from the default of F11, but don't want to have to do it manually to 200 desktops. Any ideas?

You will need to edit the hot key from the deployment tool. Deployment Tool > Edit > Settings, and then re-deploy the agent.

Hello NullCRC,

ToddM is correct. In order to change the the F11 hot key in advance you will have to do it from the Deploy SysAid Agents Tool -> Edit -> Settings -> Choose another hot key at the 'Hot Key' field -> Hit Ok -> Re-deploy the agent.

Is the "Deploy SysAid Agents Tool" in the website somewhere, or is it a seperate program. I haven't found it in the website so far.
