Hello There,
Our company is starting to purchase iPads for some of the executives. We have been manually adding them to SysAid. Will there be an agent for these devices as well in the future?

I tried to use the monitoring feature for network devices to try to get a ping out of the iPad. However, I had no luck. Our company is starting to purchase more of these and we would like to maintain some sort of visibility with the SysAid Asset Management module. Any news in regards to this

We have been manually adding iPads to our inventory and would love to see some sort of agent for the iPad that could be run in the background or on occasion to update the system automatically. Possibly have the app send an update if it used to view the end user portal or submit a ticket.....

iPad's are now being used as a study resource within the classroom environment, and we are about to investigate a pilot scheme here, so any link with SysAid for asset management would be good.
