Hi,

Please help.
I'm having problem when I check on LDAP over SSL box under LDAP Configuration Wizard, and click on Check Setting, attachment error shown.

we were having a similar problem with our installation. It was found that the issue was we were using 2008 r2. when we tried it with a dc running non r2 the wizard worked fine. However the password services still won't recognize the new secure connection.

I'm having the same issue.

I have set up SysAid on Windows Server 2008 R2, and setup the LDAP connection over SSL using the Wizard and it says it connects fine, but when I go to password services it is saying SSL it not enabled over LDAP.

So I can not use the Password Services and it's doing my head in.

I managed to get mine working after I followed the following:

Once the connection was working, I was able to restart the SysAid Server service and now password services are working.
