We are using the ITIL change management workflows for many processes and getting to a point now where it is a major part of our business. However, there is one flaw I cannot over come. In one of our workflows an end user will submit a service request and attach a document for clarification of the request. When the change request is created (link item to SR) the attachment does not import from the original SR to the new CR. How can this be done other than to open the original SR, download the file, then upload it into the new SR/CR? (Also screen captures!!)
