Error uninstalling trial version of sysaid on windows 7, f11 key is now broken  XML

I have uninstalled your trial version of your agent or whatever on my windows 7 machine, and my f11 key is now broken.
Its looking for IliTask.exe and not finding it and breaking.

I see in your version 8 release notes you've bugfixed it, but obviously I'm running your trial and I can't get version 8.

I need to know how to release my f11 key.
I work in visual studio for a living and I press that key a lot.

Also, I was wondering if you could put some sort of warning on your trial version to tell other people about this problem.

the agent should have added a icon to your desktop
right click on icon and go to properties
you will see the short cut key there
use the backspace to but NONE there or select a different key
