Hello fellow IT !
I love my job just like the rest of you here ! It's cool to see people working with Sysaid everyday ( like me..) and claiming that they love they're job just like the way i do ! 
So now.. like every geek, im a cofee drinker...  So what do i have to do to get a mug with the name of the software I use 12h per day written on it ?

Hey all!
I also love my job, and it started literally by installing and configuring SysAid here in the company, and that made the work here waaaay easier. No longer running around to attend to SRs around.
Unfortunatelly we still use the free version, as I still couldn't get the company to get the full version, therefore I dont know if I'm eligible for a mug or a t-shirt (would seem even like a 'smart-*ss', I mean... not paying but asking), but I would really love to have some coffee on those mugs.
I might even pay for one, if that would make up for the 'free version'
Is it possible?  
(and I'd post up a picture with it too, I'd be pleased to do so )

I love my job and SYSAID has made my job a lot easier and has allowed me to exceed expectations at work. I worked in the non profit industry and that ticketing system was designed in house, just a bare bones system with no remote capabilities or asset listings etc. It was only used for employees to submit tickets and that was it. Now that I am in a new job and a different industry I am really enjoying what I do even more. Now I Just need one of them mugs to keep my Dew tasting crisp

Thats a brilliant idea - Saar are you listening? that would set your company apart from the rest, I've got loads of corporate mugs, but no corporate glass pint tankards, I can see it now, beautifully engraved with the sysaid logo!
By the way I am quite serious, hint hint!
I like the one with the white logo that is awesome!
