Greetings from Mexico.
Hi, I need to move SysAid to a new server, so I need to install SysAid and import the database I was using. The database is in MySQL.
I exported the database with phpMyAdmin in a .sql file. Then I tried to import the database in the new server but I've been having trouble. I tried at first exporting and importing with phpMyAdmin but the size doesn't allowed it. So then I tried using BigDump.php but got an error with the 'service_req_files' table (3.6 Mb), which is the one that stores the attachments in the services request.
Any ideas on how can I export and then import my database?
When I do the export of assets to a csv, the software column truncates in certain character number and make a breakline - I suppose is for the Office character limit allowed in the row. So in one line appear a truncated software name and is a mess so difficult to read the sheet.
Can you split the software column in two o three rows?
