Hi all!
This has probably been asked before, but I went through all 18 pages and couldn't find it, so I'm writing a new request.
I'm using SysAid v8.1.02 Pro Plus Edition, if that will help.
When our users launch their Service History, they can see the request #, alert, category, sub category, title, status, requesting user, assigned user, urgency, due date, and any notes that have been added. When they click on a request, they can see all that information and they can add a screenshot or an attachment.
What they can't do however is see the content of their original request. This would be especially helpful in our work environment, because we would like to reference their request when adding notes. We used to do that and have stopped doing that since we discovered that they cannot see their original request.
With the SysAid version we are running, can we modify the end-user's view to show them their request content when they view that request later on?
