I am trying to find out details by Administrator on how many tickets each administrator has either touched and assigned out to another person and also how many tickets each Administrator has worked on and closed. I thought that this report Workload by IT Administrator would have the information and maybe it does. Does anyone know what the fields mean for TICKET/UNION/#ACTIVITIES? Also does this report have what I am looking for or is there a custom report that I should run. The version of SysAid we are using is 7.5.06 Pro Plus Edition.
Does anyone have an answer to this? I am looking at the same report and cannot figure out what Union refers to. If I'm reading it right, SR is the number of SRs that the admin has modified and #activities is the activities associated with an SR that an Admin has been assigned. But I cannot figure out what Union is referring to.
