Dear SysAiders,

We are about to release an update version 2.1.5 of the Android SysAid Helpdesk App.

This update contains:
- Bug fixes
- Some UI changes.

Those of you who would like to update their app can do so following the below instructions:

1. On your device, go to Settings->Applications and mark the Unknown sources option as selected.
2. From your device, open the following link to download Android SysAid App http://www.ilient.com/down/SysAid_2.1.5.apk
3. Install the app.

We really appreciate your cooperation and waiting for your feedbacks.

installed on a Android 2.3 tablet working fine
does inform me that my server is not up to date... must be looking for 8.5, i am running 8.1.03

seems faster.. not seeing new features until release of 8.5
