Hi -

I'm building a test server to determine if SysAid is the right product for us. There are a lot of modules that we are not planning on using, so I would like to remove them from the admin left drop down menu.

I've followed the steps http://www.ilient.com/customize.htm and modified the homemenu html to remove CMDB for example, but it never goes away from the menu. Restarting the server, services, clearing the IE cache, tried overwriting the original file ... no change.

Version: v8.1.03 Pro Edition
Server: 2008 R2 SP1
Directory for custom html: C:\SysAidCustom

Any ideas where I'm going wrong here?
