Number of closed tickets for a amount of time  XML

The report I want to run is quite simple

a graph with 3 administrators showing how many SRs they closed for a set amount of time.

I can produce a report similar to what I want... but there are never any numbers on the graph (making the graph useless)

Hello,

Have you by chance tried the "Opened/Closed requests per administrator" report? This is located at SysAid> Help Desk> Work load> Opened/Closed requests per administrator. I run this one quite often by selecting "All" on the SR Type and changing my Date Range and nothing else. This gives me a detailed portion and a bar graph with numbers.

This is the one we were using. We don't want it to show Opened on the graph. We want it to show closed for a period of time.

select distinct responsibility, COUNT(responsibility) as closed from service_req where status='3' and close_time [insert expression here] group by responsibility
