Audit Logs

 

The My Desktop Audit Logs show you all activities that occur in the My Desktop module.

 

 

Types of activities recorded in the Audit Logs

 

The Audit Log records activities of the following types:

  • Users registered or assets assigned in My Desktop
  • Initiated My Desktop sessions (Remote Access)
  • My Desktop sessions terminated by administrators
  • My Desktop sessions that failed to initialize because of no free licenses.

 

Searching the Audit Logs

 

You can search the Audit Logs using the search box. The search box searches the Info field.
