Choosing a computer to connect to
Online computers
My Desktop is available to any computer that has a blue
icon. Click the

Offline computers
If a computer shows the
icon, this computer is unavailable for My Desktop. If you move your mouse over the icon, you will see a message telling you why the computer is unavailable. Please let your IT administrator know which computer you are trying to connect to and what the offline message is. Remember: If your computer is turned off, you can't connect and will see the offline message "Agent is offline."
Agent is offline. Did you turn off your computer?

Adding a computer to your list
Is the computer you need to connect to not in your list? If this is the case, please ask your IT administrator to add it for you.
