Hi,

Hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year.

After some work we are about to release Sysaid to our users - wonderful week ahead!

However I have an issue regarding the FAQ suggestions for users. The problem we have is that when a users start to type say "printing" into the servie request title - a number of FAQ suggestions come up as suggested matches.

For a start - its an excellent feature and really pleased its there. However we have a few listed and they aren't displaying properly in the quicklist. They seem to be spilling over to the headings etc and looks pretty bad. It seems to be the questions that have been added to the FAQ items that aren't displaying properly.

How is the quick list populated? Is it simply done on the title of the FAQ or the text held within?
Obviously 1 method would be to not add any questions to the FAQ question box when submitting - but I have a feeling that any more FAQ's that match printing would still spill over. Is there any padding that could be applied to improve the list visually?

I have attached an image as its a tough one to explain.

Any help/info would be good - even if its just in agreement to not add questions to the FAQ's.
