Hi, when we did the LDAP synchronisation from our domain we forgot to unselect the group import. Now we have almost 1,000 groups in our list. If I try to open the groups in the preferences, I get a blank page (I assume there are just too many groups). I've tried just waiting but even after 2 hours there is nothing displayed. Should I just remove them straight from the database (not normally a recommended option!) How can I remove the groups?

Hello,

I am not sure what database you are using.
But if you are using an external SQL database please run the below query:
Delete from user_groups;

Hello,

I have a problem with the SysAid Platform.
I had inserted several group names from the company I am working.
When I try to edit in some of those groups, in order to insert "Available users" and "Type", I get a blank page.
I can't fix the problem.
I delete those groups from my SQL database and created them from the start.
The result was the same, a blank page and no access to edit the groups.
Not all the groups give me the blank page, some of them are.
Can you give me instructions in order to fix my problem?
