Is it possible to rename the predefined ci-relation types (hosted on, part of, etc.)? I want to rename them to german. Actually I see no other way than making these changes in the database.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to rename the predefined ci relation types.
However, you may create new ones with any language that you want.
Is there a specific reason why you need to rename the ci relation types that are in SysAid by default?
