From my understanding you can change the look and feel of anything you want however it comes with a "at your own risk" type of deal.

Thanks snagler. Have you, or do you know of anyone, that has done this? Just looking for a little guidance. Can't seem to find any specific instructions or files related to the bulletin feature.
