Before my holiday period, I enable "Out of the office, assign all new requests to" option and assign all of my active SR to a other administrator.
I'm working again and not find where/hoy to change this option.
All SR assigned to me continue redirect to another admin.
how I can fix the problem?

Hi desabhd,
In the latest version 8.1.03 there is a bug regarding this issue, it is fixed for our next released 8.5.
But we have a workaround in order to resolve it. please follow these instruction in order to fix this problem
In order to fix this problem (removing the out of office configuration) please follow these steps:
1. Log in with your user credentials to sysaid, and to to Preferences > My Settings.
2. "In the Out of the office, assign all new requests to" the field will be empty, choose a different administrator, click on sumbit.
Once you clicked on submit stay on the same page, remove the administrator name from the "In the Out of the office, assign all new requests to" field, and click submit again.

Our solution at the moment:
the administrator with this problem entered in the field "Out of office" your own user and submit.
working and all rules are worging too...
we have two admins and our version are 8.1.02

We are using version 8.5.08 Pro version and a few weeks ago when I put in a name for my SRs to go to there was a button to activate and deactivate. Now that I am back that button is no longer there.
