I know that you can add text to the Description field based on category selection, but is there a way to add fields based on this selection?
The reason I ask is that with Laptop support here we have a few specific fields we would like to add that do not apply to desktop and other IT support. Since we don't want these fields confusing end users on the main Submit SR page, it would be fantastic if they would magically appear if somebody selects "Laptop" from a drop-down menu.
I specifically want to add fields for this instead of the text in the Description tab so that I can [a] actually see the first bit of the description in the SR List (instead of my added text field) and [b] possibly make these magic fields mandatory if they are visible (i.e. if somebody has selected "laptop" they have to fill them out).
