Morning all,
Interesting morning already today - came in nice and early this morning, signed onto the helpdesk with my usual account and only got an end user portal. Most strange.
Rewind 24 hours and I was upgrading the helpdesk to 8.5.04 and noticed the LDAP tab was listing a lot of OUs that no longer exist despite updating on a daily basis. I updated the LDAP info and tested the settings until they work. All happy, head home for the day etc.
Only thing was - I'd put "domain" and not "domain.local". Now I seem to have a mix of domain and domain.local accounts (so double the previous number) as well as having to put domain\username to get to the right portal.
So my question is - how do I quickly remove the incorrect domain so everyone is back to just using their username to sign in?

Hi Zehavit,
Thanks for the reply. I actually meant to post back that I had solved the issue but got overtaken by events.
I managed to redo the domain to as it should be and then ran the LDAP sync again. This disabled the "new" domain records and allowed people to continue using their previous credentials.
